In-House Hospitality
Clients coming in or board members visiting? We are happy to provide morning and afternoon light bites, packaged snacks, coffee/tea service, curated snack and drink displays, and more! Perhaps you are hosting panelists, keynote speakers, or other talent for a small event? We are also available to provide green room refreshments.
Meal Planning
At 163 Creative, we take great care in accommodating client allergies, dietary restrictions, and preferences. We are also more than a bit epicurean. We can assist in curating appropriate dining vendors according to your needs, and either coordinate a catered lunch spread, provide menus for direct ordering options for smaller groups, or handle reservations.
Bespoke Gifting
163 Creative is able to coordinate custom gift options and curate appropriate vendors for your corporate gifting needs. Whether it’s welcome gifts for out of town clients, year round thank you gifts for clients and employees, or seasonal gifting.
Consultation
Relationships are the core of any business and a pleasant environment leads to repeat customers and employee retention. Travel Booking
Clients or talent coming in from out of town? 163 Creative will gladly coordinate travel accommodations and local transportation in addition to providing bespoke itineraries with select dining and entertainment selections for your out of town guests.
Event Planning
Employee appreciation events, board meetings, holiday and anniversary parties; we are well equipped to assist you in the process from planning to execution and ensure you have an intimate and unique event to remember.

Aurelia Belfield has been in the Arts, entertainment, and Hospitality industries for over a decade In many roles, including; producer, director, and client services specialist. She has a passion for food and beverage and is currently studying for her WSET Level 2. She is known for her affability, Cultural Prescience, and expertise in providing high-touch, tailored service. She feels a nurturing work environment is key in producing top Tier results across all levels and industries, which is why she endeavors to provide this kind of environment for clients and partners.
